hi my name is michelle 9 yrs ago i had a mental break down i thought there was something medical wrong come to find out i had anxiety panic and depression i went to several drs and they put me on every medication there was i slept 9yrs of my life way at one point in my life i wanted to end it. i had no one to really help me what i discoved is everyone needs someone to talk to im on here wrighting to help as many people as i can cause i went into the black whole with out postive thinking faith and will power i would of never came out of it cause i had hardly anyone to help my friend eric, marlene are the only ones that helped but that wasent enough you have to find the strength with in your self and pull your self out. if theres anyway i can help anyone please wright me at michellelea1967@yahoo.com or call me at 405-503-1546 ive been so i can help pull you back out or im here to just listen and help so please wright me on email or yahoo.
