Bi-Polar is a serious mental health illness. I recently got diagnosed with this illness & i have had to give up my job and its made me so low. This illness makes your moods very eratic, from great highs to manic lows. Thought of suicide often occur but can go as quick as it comes. I feel worthless with very little self esteem,,i am random, impulsive and dont often recognise the consequences of my actions. Sometimes i dont even leave my house and hide behind my blind. I have great plans and think i can create great things when i am on a high .The hatered i have when i look at myself is behond anyones imagination, no one really knows me or who i really am. People suffer this illness and can never make sense of their feelings.Please join this group, Thank you, please join, Hitch!! xx
