I truly love to build and share knowledge and great health. I am into strenuous activities & very active people. Get active NOW and stay active for a good life, it only takes 5-7 minutes a day! I PROMISE!

It is my sincere hope that I can spur YOU to take an interest in the others on this small planet, Mother Earth, and work to make it safer for ALL People, especially the most vulnerable like women and kids.

I am presently on a sabbatical but I look forward to someday finding time to seek a big hearted, non-jealous prone lady, high intellect partner who has been wise enough to take care of her body as well as her mind.
