    • well my attitude,my sense of humor,my honesty, trust worthy,my thirst for knowledge.depends on who you ask

    • i'm married to wonderfull woman sinnce febuary 22 1995,I do my thing and you do yours. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, and you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, then it is beautiful. If not, it can't be helped...i dont tollerate liers, cheatter if want to knowit!then ask me!!!im easy going untill im mad. I am certainly not one of those who need to be prodded. In fact, if anything, I am the prod. who are now thats a question? The toughest questions to answer are the ones about you. 'Who am I?' 'What do I know about myself?' When you ponder on these questions, you will find yourself squirming uncomfortably. Probe a little deeper and you will find that your name, race, gender, and other personal details are merely tags. To know yourself, look beyond superficial embellishments. It does not matter whether you are a Nobel Prize winner or not. ".

    • Funny: After I get to know people better and am more relaxed around them, I open up and am quite a funny and fun person. I’m pretty dirty minded and sarcastic in my humour Understanding: I’m a very understanding person. I always put myself in the other person’s shoes and try to understand what they’re feeling, what they’re thinking and where they come from. I try to never be judgemental and to always give people the benefit of the doubt. Open Minded: I’m always open to listen to new ideas and views and try to understand them even if they are the opposite to mine. It doesn’t mean I’ll be convinced but I am willing to fully listen and learn of other points of view.(storyies and all remarks are my own.PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE PROFILE BEFORE A INVITE.

    • Unhappy? Depressed? Well, obviously if you're really bad off you should really talk to a professional, but as long as you're not contemplating any ugly irreversible acts, here's something that might help. Think of someone you know that seems pretty happy about life. How would you describe their attitude? Are they kidding themselves? Are they ignoring the ugly truth about life that's right in front of their eyes and pretending that some happy fantasy world that exists only in their heads is real? Well, guess what. That is exactly how every happy person in the world acts. And the really strange thing is that it's OK. Because the reason that you are unhappy is that you have constructed a fantasy world just as complete and just as removed from the "facts" as the Pollyanna imaginings that you so despise in those happy people.

    • Reality is in fact neither good nor bad, it is a very plastic inkblot sort of thing that can be bent and twisted in many directions depending on your beliefs. WHAT! you say? What about THE TRUTH? Well, that's a complicated question and it gets into the meaning of life bit that we haven't gotten to yet, but suffice it to say that what is REALLY going on is so strange, so complex, and so far beyond our everyday understanding, that it bears no relationship to what you think of as "reality", "truth", or "reason". Good and bad, happy and sad, these are notions that you are imposing on the world around you. But, more on that in part II of the Meaning of Life Page.

    • The answer to unhappiness is both liberating and infuriating, but here it is. Happiness doesn't depend on anything that has or has not happened in the past, nor does it depend on your future prospects (thank God, eh?). The simple fact is, in order to be happy: You Must Decide to be Happy. Yep. Isn't that aggravating? You can't blame it on anyone else, and no one else can do a thing for you. You've just got to decide to be happy, whether or not your logical mind thinks it is rational to be happy and whether or not your moral sense thinks you deserve to be happy. You absolutely will not be happy for any length of time until you decide to, and if you decide to, you can be happy in the face of the most miserable circumstances. Happy deciding.

    • I WAS ASKED WHY SO RESPECT !!!WHEN YOUR NOT BEING SHOWN RESPECT One of the most common qualities of successful people is that they have respect — both from the people around them and from within. In fact, I’d go a step further, and say that it’s not only a common quality, but a required quality. Having respect is essential for success, because it generates confidence in your abilities and shows a genuine appreciation for what you do, and what you’re capable of doing. In other words, it can bring about all kinds of business, frends and life.

    • In order to gain respect from others, you’ve first got to generate respect for yourself. This means that you have to set priorities and develop a clear conscience. Have the confidence in yourself to know what you can and cant do,it will make you abetter person!!!!!!and you will be respected and if not you will be better for it!!!!!!!!

    • “Nice greeting.” The big green eyes went dark. Her voice held razorblades and whiskey. That’s what Jenny hid right beneath the surface. Metal shards and Kentucky bourbon. She could take you to a faraway place, a dreamscape you’d never been, build the pleasure until your eyes rolled up and your heart tried to escape from your chest. And then somehow, when you awoke from the bliss, she’d have burned through your credit rating, cremated all your closest relationships, and left even the clothes in your closet soot-stained, singed, and smelling of smoke.

    • me if you've heard this one. I received two statements yesterday. One from our insurance company and one from a doctor's office. Neither matched up in any understandable, conceivable, or logical way. (I was practically my own Supertramp song.) I called the doc's office first, and I was told that our insurance refused to pay for the visit. I called the insurance company who said of course they'd pay, they'd love to pay, it would make them feel all warm and fuzzy inside if they could pay, but the doctor was a non-preferred doctor. Just as I was about to prove the statement false, the insurance company held up a virtual hand. "Oh, wait!" the insurance company suddenly said, "your wife*did* go to a preferred doctor, they just billed incor—"

    • Lust is clearly not love. Love is based on more than just physical attraction. Sure, attraction is a factor, but love goes deeper than that. Love is based on caring, friendship, commitment and trust. When you are in love it is as if you have your best most trusted friend at your side AND you feel physically attracted to them. It is the best of both worlds! Love is a shared feeling between two people who have a vested interest in one anothers happiness. Love is not about jealousy. It is not about conflict. It is not about testing. Love is a positive feeling. If it is tainted by mistrust, jealousy, insecurity or spitefulness it is not really love but merely a pale copy. Love is the total surrender of your heart to another person with the security of knowing they will treat it better than you will. Love should feel good. It should not feel bad. Love should make you want to be a better person, it should not lead you to do something self destructive. Love is not demanding of your spirit but lifts it and makes it glow. Love is a good thing. Anything less is lust, deep friendship or attraction. So the sappiness aside, the question remains, how can you tell you are in love?

    • 1.You know, because you have been told by your significant other, that your deep feelings are returned in kind. 2.The object of your affections makes you feel special and good about yourself. 3.If/when you feel jealous it is always fleeting; you trust your partner not to betray you or hurt your relationship. 4.Nothing makes you feel as serene as when you and your partner are together. 5.When you fight with your partner you usually make up within a few hours and you always agree that nothing is more important than you both being able to express your true feelings (even if they sometimes cause conflict).

    • 6.Your partner never asks you to choose between him/her and your loyalties to your family and friends - if you do choose him/her over them you always have a good reason and it is always YOUR decision, and your decision alone. 7.Neither you or your partner feel the need to test the other's loyalties or feelings. 8.You are more yourself when with your partner than you are with anybody else. 9.If sex is part of your relationship it is by mutual desire and agreement without the slightest hint of commitment testing or persuasion.

    • One of the most confusing quasi-love feelings is lust. Lust is a very powerful, very intense feeling of physical attraction toward another person. Lust is mainly sexual in nature - the attraction is superficial based on instant chemistry rather than genuine caring. Usually we lust after people we do not know well, people we still feel comfortable fantasizing about. It is very common for people to confuse lust for love. But why? What is it about lust and love that make them so easy to mix up? If lust is all about sex, how can a relationship without sex be about lust? Teens struggle with this because they see lust in the Biblical sense, but lust isn't that sinister. Lust is about physical attraction and acting ONLY on physical attraction. Love is about much more than that. Yet many teens (and to be fair, many adults) confuse an intense attraction for some sort if divine love. For teens, since feelings of attraction are still new and since pop-culture sells sex and love as one package, it is very easy to get the two mixed up.
