One method to hide a fact or make something disbelievable or discredited is to proclaim it as fiction

known in other worlds as "Telescryoprasy" it is forbidden by many enlightened & civilized beings throughout the cosmos. An unnecessary form of torture & mind altering device that affects the psyche of targets, usually over generations, to manipulate social discourse, eliminating compassion, empathy & hope among the population prior to conquest, thus the target worlds are less likely to have a unified response upon invasion. Plus upon conquest the invading forces can transmit deceiving information to the zombified target. Effectively displaying things of interest to them upon a wide flat "lens-panel" they can also be kept under observation plus relative military or social information can also be gathered. Tracking individuals of the species effectively done using a novelty device that has some aspect that the creatures enjoy eg. a long range communications device that they will always carry upon their self.

I've read well over 100 fiction novels, including classics by George Orwell (1984), Wilbur Smith (Power of One) Shakespeare (MacBeth, Romeo & Juliet) etc, also an avid reader of publications such as National Geographic, New Scientist, TIME magazines. My library consists of the Sciences, Spirituality, Languages, Culture, History, Geography, Technology, Nature & my own research

Appropriate rewards for achievement/labour replacing monetary discourse.
