  • About Me

    • I enjoy a huge variety of music.....just about everything, really.

    • Anything that keeps you wondering how it's going to end....or draws out strong feelings...I can't watch horror movies though. (they give me nightmares).

    • Who has time to watch TV?

    • Trimix...Cave Diving....CCR... :)

    • My attitude. I have a deep appreciation for life. I have seen some very dark days in my life, and find myself full of gratitude for things many people take for granted. I'm remarkably slow to anger, and quick to forgive. I love to laugh and I don't get upset over little things.

    • Take a look at my journal entries, for a peek at what goes on in my mind....

    • TECHNICAL SCUBA DIVING - Snow Skiing - Scuba Diving - Learning new things - Scuba diving - Swimming - Yoga (though not so much lately) - Camping - Scuba Diving - Great conversations that make you think...and sometimes make you look at the world just a little bit differently - Scuba Diving - - - - - - I love to laugh, and I enjoy reading a good book - ....and did I mention Scuba Diving? :)

    • CAVE TRAINING! ....and Normoxic Trimix this fall! -- and working out a plan to own a boat. :)

    • Writing - I love words that move and inspire, encourage and uplift, or truly make you think, and re-consider what you know

    • July UPDATE: I've logged about 60 decompression dives now! ..and am loving every minute of it. January: I have just earn my first technical diving certifcations (from three different agencies!) ==D-SAT: Deep Tec Diver== ==IANTD: Technical Diver== ==TDI: Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures==

    • Any quote or saying that is paticularly meaningful to you... a philosophy, or something you feel is profound... thanks!

    • “The true measure of strength is a reluctance to resort to exercising power.”

    • I believe that "BEING THERE" is important...it's worth it to try new things - if you find you didn't enjoy it, don't go again, but you will never know if you don't try. ................. -------------------------.-----------------------.-------------------- ...there is very little in this world worth getting upset over.... and that ultimately, any action, ever engaged in or committed, by any human being, ever, is somehow understandable if one were to have all the information.
