Hi vlad -- I'm not sure how many people know this, but last year I sang on a really interesting remix of Radiohead's "Just" that my buddy Mark Ronson did. I have heard that all the way over the tumultuous Atlantic ocean, behind several thick curtains of dense fog in the mystical mountains of Europe, that the song has become quite popular. This Summer, several gigantic festivals have asked Mark to perform, and he has asked me to come out with him. I was already convinced at hearing the situation described (sounded like an all expense paid vacation with bros.), but he tried to entice me further by saying that we'd do some Phantom Planet songs in the set as well as the remix of "Just". Like I said, I was already sold, not only because his music is cool, but the band he's put together is cool, I haven't been over the pond in years, and it'll be an exciting trip for me, personally, because I've never really performed as Alex Greenwald before, and I'm nervous but also looking forward to
