2 pcs. chopped bell pepper red
2 pcs. chopped bell pepper green
100g chopped basil leaves
1 pc. chopped celery stalk
1/2 liter olive oil
1 liter balsamic vinegar (from Modena)
salt & pepper to taste
1 pc. chopped white onion
