Cap'n Bob is one of the Captains of The Dixie, Indiana's historic tour boat on Webster Lake in North Webster, Indiana. During the summer, he sings love songs during the 9PM Saturday night "Sunset & Moonlight Cruise." But, in the fall and winter he sings at various restaurants, night spots, and fraternal/civic clubs in the Lakes area. Right now he's appearing Wednesday nights during the dinner hours (6-8PM) at Oliverz restaurant on courthouse square in Columbia City. He sings a little bit of everything from Ballads and Standards, to country and oldies, and even a few of today's pop and country hits. Cap'n Bob has built quite a following thru his association with The Dixie which experienced the best summer season of her 82-year history in 2011 proudly hosting over 10,000 riders during it's regular season. Bob also sings for private parties, weddings, and other gatherings for groups who charter runs of The Dixie for private cruises..
