I don't know how everyone feels about mixed breeds. I used to be so one-sided (only full blooded breeds) until I met my big boy Knytemaire (nightmare). He's mixed with Chow so his coat is not as smooth and he has a purple tongue. He belong to my friend's 14year old son Jayshawn who died from a heart disease. Her boyfriend didn't want the dog anymore so I took him at 4 months cause it gave me a piece of Jayshawn. Now he is 5years old, I even got a rat terrior mixed with min/pin (Preycous) 1 year later. I love my dogs and wouldn't trade them for anything.  Check them out, I have pics of them on my profile page.

I'm a fan in pure breeds cus I love the traits from different breeds. I have a mix breed she a red boy chinamen and 9 y.o 

Cross breeds can be great dogs. they have less health issues but pure breeds are good as well ... for breeding showing ... i believe it comes down more or less to a personal choice... but they are all great all the way around. i worked at a dog boarding kennel an also used to work with animal care an control. but i must admit i do love my blue nose Nah Nook. 3yrs
