Ive Learned that at my core I am a biker even though by profession I am an engineer, tie and all. I've learned that bikers are generally more ethical than most professionals. I've learned that character is all that matters. All things change but character remains. When I look in the mirror, it has to be character I see looking back. I cant live with someone without character. Maybe in the end character is the ability to be honest with yourself. That may be all that really matters

My character has been forged by my life. I suffered abuse as a child and terrible injustice as an adult. I survived, not entirely alone. Two wonderful people taught me how to love without condition. Both are gone now and missed terribly but they await my return to the other side. From this life I have learned, that a lifetime of hell can forge strong character and as long as you don't succumb to the temptations of weakness, character will see you through anything.

I'm 67 yr old and in better shape than Ii have been for 30 years, 6'2" and still have some weight to lose. I have lost about 55 lbs and am looking to lose another 10 or 20. That is my fighting weight.

I am a frustrated writer. I have written rather prolifically at times and thought I may well have been the next Steinbeck or Tennyson. Those times I attempted to get published I found that my estimation of the quality of my work may be a bit exaggerated. But I still enjoy writing. I have five of my poems in my journal below

I dont post nude or erotic photographs of others or myself, not because I am a prude and dont appreciate the human body but because any woman who will accept that from a stranger is obviously not interested in what I have to offer. I am considerate because I expect others to be considerate of me. I do not use profanity without a good reason because it shows a lack of education and poor vocabulary skills. I do not offer to have cyber-sex because there is no such thing. I believe in intimacy but I understand that intimacy does not mean sex. I give because I can. I accept with a grateful heart because someone cared enough to give. I love because it is so easy.

I beat the Bamacono'me (thats Obama con of me) I got a job and now all I have to do is see "de gubmnt' take my money.

I had a little problem with the weight loss thing for a while but I have finally gotten on the right plan. I am down to about 215 and need to lose 10 to 20 to be in fighting trim. I expect to be there in a month or so.
