Dr.Adonis

Adonis Alejandro is a Atlantic County native who is the founder and owner of Living Well Chiropractic/ Physical Therapy Center & OWS CrossFit at Oceanside Sport & Wellness. Dr. Adonis has been inspiring people to living well naturally for over 20 years. His passion for sports has lead him in many directions from Olympic hopeful in Olympic Weightlifting Collegiate champion as a teenager into his early twenties, to human sports performance in his mid-twenties and later as a CrossFit chiropractor. His skills as a doctor & coach come from years spent as an athlete and in studying with the best chiropractors in the world. Adonis graduated from Life University in 2002, with a doctorate of chiropractic where he focused his graduate and post-graduate studies on peak performance. He later obtained his holistic certification in August of 2004 and his Lower extremity Active Release Technique certification in the 2010. He is currently working on his diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology and whole body Active Release Technique Certification. http://www.livingwellnj.net
