Wow, where do I begin? First would be old disco my favorite. I remember being quite happy dancing all night. Now: easy listening since I don't have anyone to dance with I guess. Cher, Bette Midler, Celine Dion, Mariah, Whitney...and all the other great singers. Oh, let's not forget show tunes. Andrew Lloyd Webber is incredible.

Movies: Steel Magnolias, To Wong Foo (I think I know the dialogue by heart), Just saw 2010 and liked it, especially the special effects. Can't wait to see Avatar!

All time favorite was Babylon 5. Fantastic sci-fi, and more accurate than you may think. Now I love Glee, Three Rivers, The Closer, Fringe and Santuary. The new Stargate Universe is quickly growing on me.

Well I would say Robert Jordan, Terry Goodkind, Anne Rice (the old stuff) would be my favorites in that order. I confess that I will read almost anything that has pages. Never loved reading in school, hated the book reports, but now you can't stop me from reading. Since I've quite smoking, I now chain-read! LOL

Cavaliers

They are very diverse. I love to cook, especially if the person I am cooking for likes to eat. I design and knit sweaters & garments. I enjoy gardening, nature, miniatures (like in dollhouses), art, drawing and day trips.

I would reallly like to be partnered right now. I've spent far too many years taking care of the needs of others and I believe it is time for me to take care of myself. I would love to sit in a rocking chair and grow old with someone. I would hope he is as loving, giving and romantic as I would be with him.

Well guys, I don't know what to say here. I know I have dealt with many the alcoholic, drug addict, and thief in my time. I am tired of that and will not allow it to happen again. I also don't want to be the only one who is monogamous in a relationship. I will respect and love the person you are, rather than the person you might think I want you to be. Just be yourself. And I have to say that romance would be a part of it. I am not saying I don't like sex, but it is not everything in a relationship. You do have to deal with one another outside of the bedroom. When you love someone you know to put cream & sugar in their coffee, you hold open the garbage bag while they rake in the leaves, you make them stop to have a cool glass of homemade iced tea while they are cutting the lawn. That is what love is about. If you fall for the outside or superficial eventually you will be disappointed. Again, just be yourself. I enjoy finding out new things about the man I love everyday -- nothing will ever grow old. Now that you've read this far, please know that I am here waiting for you. I am very patient.
