One of the largest Operator’s in Malaysia until 2001. As my carrier in Celcom, a lots of involvement project in earlier states, set up E-tact system, e.g installation outdoor and indoor. Upgrading, and until optimization using matrix platform. In year 1996 Celcom started GSM network attached with the Mobile Access Department located at HQ – MSH Building in Sec 13 Petaling Jaya, doing RF investigation, create a procedure PM and CM activity to support all region’s in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
