Working hard and playing even harder

To one day own my own ranch, have a couple of horses, maybe a few heads of cattle, and work for myself, instead of having to punch a time clock and make some one else rich by breaking my back all day long. The whole time, having my partner, Michael, right by my side and loving every minute of it. Like I said, "Just a simple country boy.."

A golden sun rise. A content cat purring next to me as I nap on the couch. The sound of a baby's laugh. Cuddling next to my boyfriend in bed on a cold winter night. A hot cup of coffee in the morning. A friend just dropping by to say "Hi". The smell of fresh cut grass on a summer afternoon. A cold beer after cutting the grass. The first magical snow of the winter, with the big, fat, fluffy flakes drifting down to blanket every thing in white. A wet face from a puppy's kisses. The excited whinny of a horse as we get ready to go for a ride in the country. The chirping of the birds as they welcome the new day. The croak of a frog lounging in the sun by a calm pond. Watching my boyfriend give that smile that is only meant for me. Just enjoying life and living it the simple way.
