I don't know if it is the Flu or my own immune system. It comes, goes, comes, goes. Days where I feel better, days where I feel worse. I am very happy that I have Young Living Eucalyptus globulus. It helps expel out my phlegm which makes me feel so much more able to breathe well.

Hatha Yoga and Meditation

i have started Hatha Yoga 2 days ago, and what a remarkable DREAM i had (only after the 2nd night) .....some of my past hurts and issues (lovelife insecurities, unexpressed emotions, more) are being partly released, i know there are more, BOY, thousands, MILLIONS! What I am reading is THE ART & SCIENCE OF RAJA YOGA by Swami Kriyananda J. Donald Walters.
