    • My name is Charles and I'm a single dad. That seems to be important to some of you so I thought I would mention it right off. You all know who you are. There's no wifey or baby mama though. And no drama. I teach Math and Physics to college students (engineering geeks mainly these days). I'm also invested significantly in rental properties, so I hustle.
